I was still working corporate all the while, and eventually decided to pursue just my corporate career and put my camera aside. During this time, I kept taking photos of everything that interested me... such as landscapes, friends and family, and my dog. After a multi-year wedding hiatus, a friend asked me to shoot his wedding. This experience unlocked the creative side of me that I realized I missed while pursuing just my corporate career.

I always had an interest in photography. As a kid, I carried a disposable camera everywhere. I never thought of pursuing photography more seriously until my senior year of college, when I started taking photos with friends and people started contacting me. Graduation photos led to family portraits, and engagement shoots and weddings. Before I knew it, I was shooting weddings every weekend and family shoots during the week.

Communication

Taking photos can feel awkward. I'll be sure to make you laugh so it won't be.

laugh as much as you can

I will work hard to get that extra shot. To capture the moments you may not have seen, but were still a part of your special day.

Wedding planning is stressful. The day of your wedding shouldn't be. I'll help make sure of that,

a Carefree day

I had missed the fast paced environment. I like documenting important events. While I enjoy shooting weddings, there’s more to picking up the camera. I love meeting people, and bringing them joy. I know how to manage guests and family requests. To be able to create something that’s your own and share it with a couple on the most special day of their lives is something that brings me true joy.

A bit about my philosophy...
